Report Summary
This report presents the findings from the survey of 50 vocational training graduates. The results highlight the program’s strong impact in helping vulnerable youth successfully enter the workforce. At the time of the survey, 92% of graduates were employed, most with job placement support from M’Lop Tapang’s Employment Services Program. Graduates also reported significant income growth, with average monthly earnings increasing from $215 in their first job to $301 as they gained experience, a 40% increase.
Beyond employment, graduates described broader improvements in their lives. Many identified the ability to support their families financially as the most important outcome of their work. Others highlighted improved quality of life and greater confidence about their future. Overall satisfaction with the program was very high, with 94% of graduates saying they would recommend the vocational training program to others.
